JillMarie Wiles

Director of Education, Training and Development – International Auctioneer Champion. JillMarie Wiles is a highly respected auctioneer known for her engaging and energetic auctioneering style. She has specialized in fundraising auctions since 1994 and has trained auctioneers nationwide in chant development since 2002. With her 30+ years of experience in the auction profession, she is a true asset to Everything Gala as the Director of Education and Training.

JillMarie’s commitment to building relationships that thrive is evident in every endeavor she’s involved with. Her background in auction education is extensive. She has influenced 1,000’s of auctioneers as an auction school instructor as well as writing the curriculum for Advanced Bid Calling training sessions. As a co-author for the Benefit Auction Specialist Designation (BAS), she was a key player in 2007 with the development of this professional designation provided through the National Auctioneers Association. JillMarie served as a BAS instructor from 2007-2017. This program continues to teach auction professionals worldwide with advanced training in planning and conducting successful fundraising auctions.

An accomplished presenter & speaker, JillMarie has conducted auction industry seminars with her strategic insights and engaging presentation skills across the United States. JillMarie is also a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer, teaching the programs and principles of the late Zig Ziglar.

She is an industry leader on several local and national boards including the co-founder of the Canby Livability Coalition, a community non-profit focused on quality-of-life projects in Canby, Oregon where she has served for 20 years. She was a Past President of the Oregon Auctioneers Association, a National Auctioneers Association Education Institute Trustee and National Auctioneers Association Foundation Trustee.

JillMarie and her husband Tim (who is a real estate auctioneer) have ridden 30,000+ miles through all 50 states on their Harley Davidson motorcycles. JillMarie and Tim live in Canby, Oregon and are the proud parents of two adult daughters. She is an avid gardener and opens her home to rehabilitate foster dogs to help them with finding their forever homes.
